All Bank Employees should not join with 16th December 2009 strike call from UFBU,Bcoze
UFBU should be first give Infinite Strike call for Wage revision then after for Merger of Banks.
Otherwise We all from our region will not join in 16th call.If on before 30th November 2009 UFBU will not call for infinite strike for wage revision or solved it, there are 250-260 members will resigne from our unions and start process to reform new cheaterless new Union for all bank employees.Simply When IBA not give us positive response for our rightful demands Why we surrender to IBA.We are not beggers,We demands our right. If Govt. agreed for Proffesors,Teachers,Centrals,States employees wage hike Why not for us.We think it is some loose side from UFBU.If IBA or GOVT. not agree to give us our wage hike as per proper way We can take it through COURT and also call for INFINITE STRIKE.We confirmed that 16thDec'2009 strike call is only for divert our mind from wage negotiaion failure of UFBU Leaders.Now We have no faith in UFBU leaders, They all are cheaters.UFBU leaders should be first to solve their internal problems then go to IBA.If we are united then no one can defet us.If UFBU LEADERS or IBA/GOVT. can read this understand Now days going drama from UFBU and IBA is not puppets show. Remember Now a days "Public not remember for short time,Public will not forgote in short time, And strictly remember ELECTION WILL COME AFTER EVERY FIVE YEARS. INDIA IS THE LARGEST "LOKSAHI" IN THE WORLD.
We not fuestred but Now time is over. Nothing have any chance to give escuses.
